Compare a complete detail with a complete detail
A low advertised starting price may describe a wash, an interior clean, a maintenance visit or a full detail. Those services are not interchangeable. Before comparing providers, read the scope: does it include the trunk, seat rails, windows, wheels, stain treatment, shampoo, extraction or paint protection? Ask which vehicle size the starting figure covers and whether your vehicle’s condition changes the quote.
At Eterno, Standard, Premium and Eterno Signature are complete interior-and-exterior packages. The price table on this page reads directly from the booking catalog. Each package has prices for Sedan, SUV and XL Vehicle / Truck. Optional upgrades are selected separately, while treatments already included in a package are excluded from its upgrade choices. The same catalog is used to calculate the online booking total.
Use a scope-based comparison rather than dividing the price by the number of bullet points. Vacuuming and extraction address different levels of contamination. A spray sealant finish and professional ceramic coating are different services. A longer feature list does not mean every treatment is appropriate for the vehicle. Choose the work that addresses what you can actually see and feel.
When Standard Detail makes sense
Standard is designed for regular upkeep and vehicles without deep stains or heavy buildup. It includes a complete interior and trunk vacuum, cleaning around the console, cup holders, door panels, dashboard and vents, interior glass, wheel and tire care, pre-wash, bug treatment, hand wash, exterior windows and tire shine. It is a complete maintenance clean, not the package that promises every deep-cleaning process.
Consider Standard when you already keep the car reasonably clean and want a scheduled reset at home or work. If the cabin has embedded stains, heavy sand or pet hair, describe those conditions during booking. A targeted upgrade may make sense, or a different package may cover the broader need more effectively. The point is to select the right scope before the technician’s time is reserved.
When Premium or Signature is the better fit
Premium is the featured package for a deeper reset. It adds steam cleaning on carpets, floor mats and seats, light shampoo and stain treatment, detailed cabin scrubbing, dressed and conditioned interior plastics, a two-step wheel clean and spray sealant. It fits a vehicle that has moved beyond ordinary upkeep without necessarily needing the full extraction and decontamination scope of Signature.
Eterno Signature is the most complete package. It includes carpet, mat and cloth-seat shampoo and extraction, deep leather cleaning and conditioning when applicable, detailed stain treatment, iron removal and clay treatment on the paint, trim protection and ceramic sealant. That ceramic sealant does not turn the package into the separately quoted professional ceramic coating service.
Do not automatically choose Signature only because the vehicle is expensive. Condition, materials and goals matter more than the badge on the hood. A well-maintained luxury sedan may suit a maintenance visit, while a heavily used family SUV may need deeper work. If you are unsure, a short call with the team can clarify the choice before you book.
Vehicle size and condition are separate decisions
Select Sedan, SUV or XL Vehicle / Truck accurately. A vehicle with a third row uses XL pricing in the booking flow. Enter the make, model and year as well as size so the team has a useful description. The size affects the package price and scheduled duration; condition answers identify possible additional work.
The flow asks about pet hair, odors, carpet stains, seat stains and heavy sand. These answers can recommend upgrades, but they do not authorize an extra charge by themselves. Review and explicitly accept an upgrade if you want it. This matters when comparing the package’s base price with the final total for a vehicle that needs several additional treatments.
For a vehicle with damage, unusual contamination, delicate materials or a concern that the standard choices do not explain, call before booking. Cleaning results vary with the surface and condition. An online selection is not a promise that permanent staining, material damage or every odor can be removed.
Add-ons versus moving up a package
Exterior upgrades include clay treatment, iron decontamination, ceramic wax, paste wax and window ceramic. Interior upgrades include carpet shampoo, seat shampoo, odor treatment, pet hair removal, extra sand cleanup and leather conditioning. Review the current add-on catalog on the services page and compare it with the inclusions in your chosen package.
If several upgrades overlap with Signature’s included work, compare the complete totals rather than adding them mechanically to a lower package. Booking prevents duplicate charges for treatments already included in the selected tier. Equally, do not pay for a broader package solely to solve one small concern without asking whether a targeted treatment fits better.
Monthly prices and premium service quotes
Monthly plans are a separate recurring-care option. Both current plans include one detail per month and use vehicle-size pricing. Basic Monthly includes Standard Detail care. Eterno Monthly includes Full Detail care, the legacy name used for the Premium package. Enrollment and appointment coordination happen by calling or texting the team; an online one-time booking does not create a monthly subscription.
Professional ceramic coating and paint correction are quoted per vehicle. Starting figures are an introduction, not a complete assessment of paint condition, preparation or correction needs. Ask what is included, what result is realistic, how the work will be arranged and what aftercare is required. A quoted premium service should not be compared directly with the ceramic sealant included in Signature.
What happens at Review & Book
Before confirming, review the vehicles, selected packages, upgrades, appointment details and total. New online bookings require no upfront payment; the detail total is due after service is complete. The price is calculated on the server from the actual catalog selection. Keep the confirmation details available if you need to discuss the appointment with the team.
For mobile service, also confirm the address, access and suitable workspace. Ask property management about rules for condos or offices and tell Eterno about gates or parking restrictions. If plans change, call or text as soon as possible to discuss cancellation or rescheduling. Accurate appointment information is part of getting a useful quote, not a separate detail to resolve after arrival.
